Hotels integrate TravelLine with a management system to automate the daily routine of booking. When the integration is configured, new bookings from online sites are automatically created in your ACS, and the number of available rooms and prices are automatically uploaded to TravelLine. This saves time and minimizes manual errors.
How is the integration setup going
There are three parties involved in setting up the integration: a TravelLine support specialist, an ACS specialist, and a hotel employee. This is usually a booking manager or other staff member who has information on prices and rooms.

TravelLine specialist prepares the settings on our side and sends the regulations to your address - you will receive a letter on the date selected in the questionnaire (working days).
Together with the ACS specialists, you make the necessary settings in the control system.
When the integration is set up, you check if the correct prices and room availability have been downloaded from the ACS.
With a TravelLine specialist, you make a test booking (then cancel it) to check if the bookings are being created correctly in your system.
TravelLine specialist will give instructions and recommendations on working in the mode of integration with ACS.
